Group Coaching Program Time to Fly - Time to Soar
When people are clear about who they are, what they want and where they are going they have focus. When they match this with passion, enthusiasm and a willingness to address any obstacle they encounter, they Fly. When they physically do what it takes, take action and follow their plan, they Soar.
This three-month goal setting program is a program for employees of organisations committed to work/life balance who would like to offer an affordable coaching process to their staff. This is a self-managed group program as opposed to a one-on-one coaching process, which demands a greater investment of energy and money.
The first part of the progam is a workshop where participants clarify and define two goals - one work related and one personal.
Time to Soar
The second part of the three month program is about providing additional support to soar towards the goals. Most people work best with support and consistent structure to maintain focus. This rich program provides a series of weekly or fortnightly telecall sessions, workbook, tools and structure to remain on track, motivated and soaring to the goals.
"Having worked with many professionals through my coaching, workshops and involvement with the Australian Business Women’s Network (past Board of Advisors Member), I am very aware of the challenges and juggling act of the busy career person; how difficult it can be to take some time out to work on our lives, when we seem to spend so much of our time running around keeping all the balls in the air.
I have developed this goal setting program to meet the needs of the busy person. My aim was to create an inspiring program consisting of an event plus a group distance coaching program, which addresses both career and personal life with a low cost, easy to follow process they can participate in from their home or office."
