The most fulfilling part of my work is when I see those I work with become focused, excited, inspired and successful in all aspects of their lives. I am passionate about supporting people to connect with their passions, uncover their dreams for the future, set amazing goals and create fabulous lives.

Rachael Pickworth challenges individuals, groups and businesses to develop clarity of purpose, stay committed and focused and achieve their objectives. She empowers people to connect with their passion, align all aspects of their lives, and create a clear path forward.
Rachael provides this through her presentations, her dedicated coaching of individuals, groups and businesses, and as a facilitator of workshops.
Early in her 20s Rachael founded Gifted, a corporate gift and hamper business. The business grew dramatically and five years on was sold to Wishlist Holdings. Rachael has been the recipient of numerous prestigious awards, including Victorian finalist in the 1999 Telstra Small Business Awards and Business Bulletin's Entrepreneur of the Year in 2000. She was profiled in the 1998 and 1999 Business Class Magazine's Female Entrepreneurs under 30 and was inducted into the Business Women's Hall of Fame in 1999. Throughout this period she began keynote speaking.
After the sale of her business Rachael trained as a coach with Results Coaching Systems in 2001, and soon after as a facilitator and trainer. Since then she has delivered training, workshops and keynote presentations to thousands of people both within organisations and publically, in addition to coaching private clients and executives. Rachael has also trained others to be trainers, delivering Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment (Train the Trainer). Rachael is contracted by organisations Australia wide as a trainer, delivering a comprehensive variety of topics including training, management, coaching and goal setting.
